Help: My roaming isn't working anymore (after two or three days where everything was normal). I'm on holidays in an EU country and now my messages won't send on Whatsapp and similar apps. I can't get through to O2 on the hotline given on this website because calls cut off after 25 minutes or so in the queue (tried calling since Saturday). My Big Bundle even renewed a few days ago without any change in service I can get. I've definitely not used the 25 GB as I've only used my phone for the odd message or googling. This is very frustrating and not very practical whilst traveling! What can I do?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 5g in network settings if it's on.
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.

Thank you. I've tried the things you mentioned but they didn't work, unfortunately. I've been trying to get in touch with O2 for almost a week but so far no luck, that's why I tried here 😬
