I currently have a sim card in my iphone 7 and wanted to know how do i transfer my number to an esim as i now have an iphone 14?

Quickest way is to call into any O2 store with photo ID

If you order from customer service they will disconnect your current sim and you will be without service until Royal Mail show up

You may be able to do a SIM swap in My O2.

If not, the best way is to call into an O2 shop and get them to do it.

Take photo ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

O2
