Downloading PDF bill from MyO2 broken for > 24 hours

Continually getting error of this form:

404 Not Found

When will this actually be fixed, since O2 are incapable of providing the PDF by email. Ridiculous, I know.

I was told yesterday there is a server problem that would be fixed in 24 hours. It isn't.
