Download Bill function has disappeared from MyO2

I used to be able to download a PDF of past bills for invoice recording.

This function has disappeared.

How do I get a PDF of past bills and current/future ones?

Now my account was only moved across earlier this week, so...

And O2's Social Media Team are blithely ignoring my requests for help ☹️

Same if I ask for Documents or Billing History. Pretty p*ss_poor, tbh.
