I used to be able to download a PDF of past bills for invoice recording.
This function has disappeared.
How do I get a PDF of past bills and current/future ones?

If you have a look at this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? It should be available to you..
If you are on the new billing system you may need to contact customer service to help you...
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Sounds like you have moved to the new billing platform.
We're not all there yet but @Enlli can direct you.

Thanks. I must be on the new billing system. I had already looked at the guide which was useless.
Will try to contact customer service but there seems to be no way to speak with a human.

Hi.
Go to the Web Version of My O2
Top left you will see the words My O2 followed by a down arrow
Click and it will open the menus
Choose Billing History
From there you can choose which Bill you want and download a pdf.

I can see a View bill button for my current bill but not for past bills. Previously, I could download past bills.

As with previous screw-ups on the MyO2 site, it is likely your historical bills will move across to the new system in due course, @EarthlyPowers - it seems O2 live for the now, and only let the past return as an afterthought.
If nothing appears in a month or so, reach out to O2 via Social Media (see link just below this post) or call them on 202 around 08:10 any morning, ask them if they can mail them to you. The usual £6 charge may be waived as it looks like a migration delay issue. Good luck.
Would be nice to get an update or confirmation from @ColinO2 or the Forum team, @Breanna or @Martin-O2 though 🤔

Strange, I've got 14 months worth when I scroll down.
Whole thing is a mess. I mentioned yesterday there are things on the Web I can't access through the App and things on the App I can't access on the web

It’s a messaging service like WhatsApp, I believe it’s a human texting 😁
