They do yes, you need to go to https://o2.co.uk/contactus and if and when staff are available it will pop up there.

Well someone said a while back that if you go to the "shop" page they pop up there ok!😁

Try it ~ it worked for me two minutes ago.

End of this experience has taught me to throw my O2 payg sim in the bin, bye bye. Great coverage, zero support, money in toilet.
