hello, my iPhone 13 was out as dispatch as of this morning. I’ve been given a tracking number, but no where has the parcel. UKmail don’t have record of it yet. But on the Myo2 app is shows it’s with RICO. Who are RICO?

RICO are a firm of tech courier services, and I am surprised o2 are using them..
Is this a new phone or one that has been repaired, as I know a few companies use them for exchanges

oh it is a brand new phone for sure. I received the dispatch email this morning, letting me know to keep an eye out for UKmail as they would deliver it. They also gave me a 'parcel number' to track it. So i tried on every platform that delivers and they didn't recognise the number. So i checked the Myo2 app and it said it was dispatched via RICO. Searched their website, but wouldn't allow me to track the number via the website unless i had an account. Which i wasn't even able to sign up to i'm not sure why on that one. It has been a weird time since Friday as that is when i first ordered it for same day delivery. I even paid £14.99 for same day delivery. Heard nothing over the weekend as expected, until the email i got this morning. So i expected it today as it is the next working day from Friday. And it is with a delivery service i can't track etc. I've tried getting in contact with o2 today to see if they can answer. Facebook/Twitter/phone call/email/ i even went as far as Instagram but nothing.

Where did you order the phone from, as o2 don't as far as I am aware offer same day delivery, and according to this page they dont, and even as an Enterprise customer I know we can't get same day delivery.

I ordered it from the o2 site as my phone was due the upgrade. Went to checkout and it offered same day delivery between 6-10pm for £14.99. Even in the dispatch email I got at 8am this morning stated my delivery option was same day.

I was just wondering who rico is as I paid the extra for same day delivery but unable to track it anywhere and paid the £14
