I am a new customer to O2, I added my 6 months of Disney+ in the shop. I activated this as soon as I got home, and now a month later Disney is asking me to resubscribe. Can anyone help me with this as I should still have 5 months left.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

You don't have to resubscribe. If your Disney is still working then that's fine. Do nothing and ignore the message.

To double check I'll ask one of our account advisors to check tomorrow. @O2Emma could you check this for @Finnan please?

My Disney has stopped working 😕 it kept telling me to resubscribe when I tried to log back in. It has been working fine up until now which is exactly a month since I joined O2.
