Signed up for 6months free - activated code - can’t log in to Disney + as it just goes to help page after putting in email and password. Go through link and code is already activated

The Disney link needs to be done through mobile data will not work if on WIFI just incase you guys get alot more Disney issues 

If trying when on mobile data and still not working then o2 advisors need to resolve it thanks .

However, I activated mine via email on laptop (using Wifi) and it worked fine.

I understand that mobile data should be used if activating via phone though.

Yeah your right @Cleoriff  sorry forgot to put if using link via mobile phone needs to be on mobile data

@O2Emma  I get that. It's because I'm so old I tend to use PC as opposed to phone.
