Disney Plus 6 months free

I bought a sim with disney plus for 6 months free recently. I read that to claim it i go into the my o2 app and extras and then add it on. When i look at the disney plus extra it says add for 5.99 a month - how do i access it for free?

If the free option isn't in your extras in your MyO2 you'll need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@Mike72 try updating your My o2 App as if it's not upto date the free extras is not in there. We have seen this a few times.
