This isn’t customer service and you can’t just suspend a contract anyway. You must keep paying until you reach the end of your contract and then switch to PAYG if you want to keep your number.

@SwethaThe only way forward is to cancel your contract. You can't just stop making payments when you are out of the country

To retain your number you would need a payg sim from O2 and ask customer service to transfer your number to that sim https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
