Hi,

I am out of the country from April 12th and informed to customer care to stop the services by April 11th EOD.

But this didn’t happen and every month my bill is generating since last 3 months.

Please look in to the issue and resolve asap. As I am trying to contact customer care but couldn’t get to the right lane.

Thanks
SB

@Swetha

This isn’t customer service and you can’t just suspend a contract anyway. You must keep paying until you reach the end of your contract and then switch to PAYG if you want to keep your number.

All contact details for customer service here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@SwethaThe only way forward is to cancel your contract. You can't just stop making payments when you are out of the country

To retain your number you would need a payg sim from O2 and ask customer service to transfer your number to that sim https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
