Hello, I have accidentally cancelled my direct debit and need to set it back up again how do I go about doing so?

You need to ring your bank to reinstate the direct debit.

Call customer service on 202 and they will do it for you.

Make sure you pay your latest bill rather than trust the direct debit is in place to cover it. Keep an eye on My O2.
