Why is my device on my account still showing my old phone

It doesn't always update quickly but it should do eventually.

In reality, it doesn't matter and makes no difference.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
