Hi I was switched from virgin to o2 and whenever I log into o2 it says that i have no products or services, even though I constantly receive emails about my account from o2.
There is no way for me to check my bills and account details

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
