When I log onto My O2 within the app, or from the website I am unable to see my current balance/tariff/my O2 rewards or get info about My Bolt On's. I did try to resolve through the web chat by my operator couldn't understand my issue or see the problem from the O2 end. Any ideas out there??

Around 20 months. The phone was bought through a third party (but reputable) provider and always linked to o2. The account/phone number is visible with my details, but not the details of the balances/when the contract ends etc.
