I had a text through saying my data would be turned off if I don’t pay my phone bill I have now paid and I my data still doesn’t work

It takes 24 to 48 hours to reconnect.

Keepp rebooting your phone to help it along.

Hi, Katiesam98,
Have you switched off and switched back on your phone? Sometimes that's all it takes. If you have wifi, you can Skype o2 on 0344 809 0202 and speak to someone, as I suspect the bars may be in the process of being removed, they will be able to advise you. Let me know how you get on.
