On my O2 app it’s states that I have 18G of data left but I just got a text stating that 80% of my 30G has been used it which means I only have 6G left. Why is this?

Did you get an extra amount of data when you signed up?
o2's system does not like additional allowances, so will send this message when you are fine...

If your tariff includes additional free data, the system still sends the 80% message when you have reached that on your base data tariff, but don't worry, the additioal free data will still kick in automatically.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
