Login to your MyO2 and change your tariff yourself.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You would need to speak to customer services about changing your tariff.
Call them on 202, but we have been told they are having issues today so you might need to be patient.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

If you have a sim only deal then you can now get unlimited data see link below
https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals?planId=2faa8ad5-e180-4727-b22e-8183b6d57282#devic...

Alternatively you can buy more data as a bolt on or use WiFi wherever possible.
