Is anyone aware of a data breach at O2 ?
I can see all details of someone I don’t know on MyO2.

It will be just a log many o2 system glitches I guess.
Call customer service to get them to investigate it.

I have contacted them and voiced my concern. Reply ? “We’ll sort it out.” No mention of data breach.

I have access to the other persons entire account. I can change their billing address and upgrade their phone.

Are you on the app or website? - it should be sending a 6 digit sms code for access to sensitive areas, is it not doing so?

Pretty sure you can't change billing address on the App you can barely change it on the web, as you have to go into the address linked to each specific contract, and access isn't always given.
Accessing sensitive areas in either will require a code authentication from rcv'd SMS.
You can upgrade with no further authentication but hey why put barriers up to increasing O2 revenues!!
