DPD sent my new phone back

Hi,

 

DPD failed to deliver my new device and have now sent me a message saying the phone has been returned to o2. However when I go to tracking in My O2, it says the order is completed.

I cant find any live chat or email us options in the support section of the o2 website and the automated chat keeps sending me in a loop, can anyone help?
