I am very unhappy because I had an overdue bill which I settled a long time ago and the o2 phone call from 2022.08.03 blocked my credit score until 2028.08.03 what I was in arrears was 130 pounds I called them and they said that after some time it will be canceled but it lasts almost a year and I am still in the system and I must admit that I have been with this company for over 10 years and I still use their services I will be forced to resign because it is not normal to still have a subscription with them and pay bills on time except for this one of the disagreements I blocked the standing order because I thought it was insurance for which I do not want to pay but I settled it in full right away and I continue to pay bills and they block me for 6 years until 2028 I am terribly disappointed with this company and the situation

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
