Hi,
Me and my family have been transferred from Virgin to O2
I am the named account holder for all 5 accounts and actually pay the bills too.
With Virgin I could manage all my accounts under the Virgin app, but there doesn’t seem any provision to do this under My O2 or the O2 IOS app ?
All the family accounts are under my email address but seems impossible to consolidate them
Any thoughts on how to do this ?

At the moment the merging of accounts has been suspended whilst all the transfers from Virgin are going ahead.
Afraid it's a matter of waiting
