Connecting to MyO2 via S10

Hi all

 

Trtying to connect to MyO2 via Samsung Galaxy S10 but keep getting this error

 

Failed to connect to myo2mw.o2.cu.uk/

**.***.***.**(port***) from/

***.***.*.**(port*****) after 20000ms

 

Only activated the sim card thius evaning

Yes as above but there is no link.

I can get it via laptop but its asking for the activation code on the S10

The problem im having is

When I try to input the code on the S10 nothing happens, keyboard comes up but the numbers dont register when i hit the keys

I did mine on laptop fine or try rebooting the phone.

Downloadad app and loged on via that and now works.
