I have recently purchased new iPhone 15 pro max and would like this moved onto my o2 account to access. I pay the bill for this phone but it says my number is already added to an account. This may be my mother’s account as she used to pay for my last phone with the same number. Please can I get this phone transferred to my o2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
