Confused about my audible reward

I wondered if anyone else is struggling to access their audible reward?

I recently upgraded and chose 3 months free audible as a reward. I activated it and I can see it in my rewards, but when I sign in to audible it just shows me a free 30 day trial courtesy of Amazon.

I've trawled through the help available on My o2 but it doesn't give any clue. I've googled the issue which seems to refer me to the help pages I've already ready.

Any advice gratefully received.

See if this helps Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  

If nothing changes then you need to call O2 and they will add it for you. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
