I think it’s a disgrace that I’ve waited nearly an hour to speak to someone and I’ve still not been connected to anyone if you want me to pay my last bill then you need to call me I’m not chasing anymore !!!!!

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you don't pay your bill, you will get a phone call, but it will from the Debt Collection Agency, and your will be cut off, until you pay them, and o2 and them will add on charges, and you find your credit file destroyed.
VMo2 have had major issues today on the VM side, so it could be that you just need to wait and show a bit of patience...
