Hi, when I registered with you I supposed to have had the classic pay as you go. However, after logging in to my online account I've noticed you've put me on the £30 bundle. I don't top up £30 a month so I would never have selected that option. I was wondering why it have been taking my credit off me so fast and now I can see why, which is because its been taken 30p per text off my credit and a large amount when I've connected to the Internet. I wanted the classic pay as you go, I am not happy with how much you've been charging me when I did not sign upto this bundle. Can you look into this for me please. Kind Regards, Louise.

Classic PAYG no longer exists with O2.

If you want that on the O2 network, you need to look at Tesco Mobile or giffgaff, however, the cheapest option for you is https://www.1pmobile.com/
