Charged for a bill even though I have a minus balance that covers said bill

Hi 

I have a bill of 94 pound and have paid it already and my account says minus 71 pound which is enough to cover the remaining bill total. I have just been charged the 70 pound from my payment option and was wondering if I'll get the money back

You need to contact the payment management team and ask for a refund to your bank

If you have a direct debit and you make a payment less than 6 working days before the DD is due then it will still take the normal due amount
