Solved: Changing tariff, pay as you go

I'm supposed to top up on Sunday 3rd July. If I want to change my tariff down from £30 to £10 per month when should I make the change via 'change tariff' on the app?

You need to do it well before your anniversary date or it will fail.

Calling 4445 and asking customer service to do it will be better now.
