I simply want to change my spend cap, the help article says I can do it via live chat....but you can't actually get to live chat and get sent back on an infinite loop to the same help article.
So my only only option appears to be ring 202 which is a 30 minute wait?
What a bloody waste of life for something so simple. Sort it out O2. As a customer it's just irritated me going round and round your rubbish site

If by any chance you have been moved to the new billing system, you can modify your spend cap in your MyO2.
If not, you need to ask O2.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks MI5. I've got marginally closer in finding the live chat option in the My02 app under the support tab - I might have been less annoyed if that's where the help article on spend caps had told me to go in the first place.....however.....of course the live chat just says it's too busy so I'm still no better off. I'll try Facebook.
