Changing number

I have entered the PAC number from my old network to keep my number when moving to 02. This was done 3 days ago but the number has not transferred over. Can someone please help?

If you didn't get a text message with the information, the i would complete the form again.

If not you will need to contact Customer Services
If you call 202 or 0844 809 0202 when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

You should have received a text telling you the date and time the number would be ported

Your best option is either to resed the form or call customer service

Porting doesn't take place at weekends so if you call it will be Tuesday before you have the number processed by the team
