Upon my recent upgrade, I noticed by birthday was wrong. I went through the online change process, and now I got an email from O2 Alerts (a do not reply email) with "please send us a copy of your passport or driving licence" however there are no details to explain how to do that! I have been all over My O2 account pages trying to find a way to send it to them.... Am I being stupid? Anyone know how to contact them over email or online in some way??

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
