I tried changing my direct debit bank details but it will not let me change the account holders name.

Hi @hsmanku You are able to change the bank details via my O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but any change of account name has to be discussed with Customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus with both parties present on the call
