Changed from O2 to Three, kept the same phone number, now I cannot log into O2 to check my details

See title, when I go to log in it asks me to confirm a number to send the login code to, no login code comes through, is this because I switched to Three? It's the exact same number, so I don't know why the code isn't coming through
