How do I amend my 02 account which is a pay as you go account to show my  current PAYG PHONE number.... the existing number on the My 02 account is an old one and the SIM no longer exists so i cant received codes etc to it

It's not possible to change the number of your MyO2 as it relates to a specific SIM card.

Only customer service can change it but usually for a PAYG account you would just create a new MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can change the number yourself under Manage My Details in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 

If you have any problems then ring customer services on 4445
