I’m trying to change contact details on my O2, I want to get a new phone on the account, but it’s my daughters no as the contact.

I don’t want her to get the messages and waste the surprise!

Anytime I’ve tried to phone, I’ve been on hold for ages, twice been cu off!

Any help would be great fully appreciated!

O2 will send a text to your daughter's phone @Jenni48

To keep it a surprise just tell your daughter that you are changing her tariff to give her more data so pre-warn her about the text.

@Jenni48 Customer service isn't available at this time of night. You need to call from 8 am onward.

Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Other available numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support As already said, best time to call is 8 am.
