Change of address

Hi, I need to temporarily change my address…we are currently staying with my daughter until we move into our new house. Should be a couple of weeks. Shall I change it with you?

Unless you have ordered anything there is no need to change your address at all. You can change it via My O2 when you move into your new house.

You need to go into MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and address details will allow you to change your address. O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.
