I requested to change my number to my old number from another network almost 5 days ago and my number still hasnt changed despite the fact it was only supposed to take a maximum of 2 days. I have even rebooted my phone multiple times a day to see if that could help but it hasn't. Customer service do not answer calls for these issues so i have no clue what to do now. I do not want to be waiting any longer than I already am for my number to change

You need to say it's regarding an upgrade to get put through.
