My email is my old phones email now I have a new phone and new email it send stuff to that phone

Your username is your email address so just go to change your username and change it to your new email address.

Verification will be sent to your old email with a link to click on to confirm the change.

You need to do it online http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You'll also need to login to your old email account online on their web portal.
