Hi, I was just wondering if I could change some person details on my account if that’s ok please?

If your date of birth is wrong you need to contact o2:

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This may trigger a new credit check etc.
