You can do it all in myo2  and follow the details here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-personal-details

 

This will also change it for the airtime, as both are linked

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
