Good afternoon - I need to change my bank details with O2 as I've changed accounts. I cannot find an option on MyO2 for doing this. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you. PS I've tried to stop underlining this - without success!

It's under your billing details in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
or contact payment management.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you have been moved to the new billing system it can be found under 'Manage Card for Payments' which is a bit misleading
