Due to the agreement with Carphone Warehouse ending, I have been texted a voucher code offering money off a new phone with an upgrade, but when I attempt to use this in My O2 it tells me the code is not valid. I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone to ask why or what I can do - anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Everyone is getting the same message.
It appears the system has not been setup to accept the codes yet.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Good one, I think!? £100 off a new phone with an upgrade....problem now is that I've received a letter stating that they've automatically 'upgraded' my monthly plan as the one I was on was through Carphone Warehouse and has now ended - I knew it had ended and that I was due an upgrade, but wanted to use this voucher....be interesting to see if I still can, assuming the code ever works!?
