Cant find receipt Orders in my o2

So i recently got a new phone and was looking through my emails for the "receipt/invoice number" so i could redeem my free gifts, but am having no luck at finding it, can anyone help me find it?

Usually a print off of the order via My O2 is all they need. Though some places are making it more and more difficult.

Yes. O2 don't give receipts unless you buy from a shop. It's all online and certainly at this current time with no shops open.

More preferable would be to download the order as a pdf to attach to your claim.
