Good afternoon,
I have a new phone with new sim card and cant enter my O2 account because of the pin sent to my old sim. Because of this I cant cancel my account and I keep getting billed for I phone I dont use. There is no number to call anywhere and the website is a nightmare as I keep getting redirected to the help page when trying to contact you. I live in a new country can anyone please help me?

The numbers to call are on the bottom of every page via the contact us link, so not difficult to find
