When I sign in to accounts.o2.co.uk I am presented with two numbers.
My current PAYG number and an old number that I last had 10 years ago. I can log in by selecting my current PAYG number and receiving the text code from O2.
Unfortunately, every time I attempt to access my details, O2 is sending a confirmation code to the old number that I no longer have.
How do I get access to my details or get it to send this code to my current PAYG number?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
