Cancelling phone contract

I was wondering how to cancel a phone contract. I suffer from anxiety and would rather not phone up as it causes a lot of stress. Is there any way I can cancel a contract without having to call?

Hi @Stacey02 , sorry to hear about your situation and that you wish to cancel your contract. Let us know if you managed to do this with the above advice or if you still need further help. Just to add to the above, we also have a service called Access for You which, in case you're struggling to speak on the phone due to your personal circumstances and would need to get in contact, the service might help as we can tailor the contact method for you.
