I made an online order on 28 December 2022, which was for a phone and pay monthly plan. I also submitted a form with a PAC code to transfer my number to O2 from Three.
 
I wish to cancel the entire order and also cancel/revert my number transfer.
 
The problem is that my order does not show on my account page when I login to the main website, and my order number cannot be searched for on the system used by shop staff. I cannot access the My O2 app.
 
How do I cancel my order when it's not visible? Thanks.
