@SLONEILL1991 If you took your insurance with O2 you need to speak to customer service in the morning. 8-8.30 am is the best time to call to avoid a long wait on hold.

Could I ask why you were unable to cancel? A call to O2 (if you are insured with them) is all you need to do. Guide: How to find help & contact O2
You would need to give a months notice so the cancellation wouldn't be immediate... then that's it.
